Another Centrum user here!  Like Kelly, I prefer the chewables.  I figure I have to swallow so many other pills that it's nice to have a break sometimes and actually chew something.  LOL

I've used the patches from patchmd from the start and have always had good lab values.

patchmd.com there is a 30% off code on this site, tthey are a self stick patch, you change them every 24 hours however the b vitamin I take off at night. They aren't cheap however but I cannot swallow pills I gag.

I also take Centrum Silver or the store brand equivalent (so I can take my iron separately). Usually it is the CVS brand (BOGO free), which costs me $4.50 for a month's supply (2 a day). I'm almost 8 years out and my labs have always been good on these.
