Interesting.  I never considered my blood sugar.  It's typically 3-4 hours from dinner to when I go to bed, so you may be on to something here...

BTW: Nut butter or nuts (NSA) were the best for me - - they have carbs + fat + protein+fiber . And they ...they "don't spoil ".. so I never had issue with sour taste the next morning - or belching..etc... Even now - i eat 1 tbs of almond butter - brush my teeth, take my evening meds...(magnesium not only makes me fall asleep - it keeps me sleeping)  and i am in bed...I keep snacks in my nightstand.

Hi all, hot & muggy and overcast here. Calling for another hot muggy week.  I am feeling very meh and blah today. I am having a small pouch day, no appetite and tired. Yesterday my scrambled egg for breakfast did not sit well, it was not stuck it just felt like a 10 lb brick. Weird cuz I eat scrambled eggs all the time.  So that started my day off crappy.  So today I am just very meh.  I think I am in JB & Grim withdrawal LOL LOL

AV so sorry to hear about the sleeping thing, that is just horrible. I hope your doc has some answers or solutions. You just can't continue on like this.  Fingers crossed it gets sorted out for you. And please do share what the doc says. Could it be peri menopause maybe? Make sure you get blood work done.

QOTD: Oh desserts were my siren song!! Birthday Cake hands down is my fav dessert. And Yes I want the bday cake that has the thick sweet icing that most people scrap off, pre surgery I would eat their icing too!  NY style cheesecake is a close second!!!!!

D: Marc Angelo Chicken Mozzarella Red Pepper sausage

S: Mr Cheese Os (Cheddar) and 1/4 cup of Archer Farms Honey Cinnamon Almonds (these are amazing!!! Thank  you JB & Target!!!!

Totals: 1019 calories, 100 protein, 29 carbs, 56 fat

Vits done, liquids are good, exercise if I am up for it later will go to the gym and do the 5km on the treadmill that I have skipped out on the last two days!!! Bad Daisy!! LOL  Happy August 1st!!! Where did July go?? Time goes too fast!!! Have a good one gang!!

Yeah, if I'm making my own very uneducated guess, I'd say peri-menopause.  Which kind of makes me sad.

Hey all, I need prayers good thoughts whatever you have to give.  Have not turned the corner yet totally. I wake up every morning doubled over with nausea. Medicine helps but not sure why it is happening. The only things that really agree with me agree with me are  yogurt , cottage cheese and protein drinks. You would think I would have wasted away but that hasn't happened either. LOL. Today is my friend Laurens last day here. So it's sink or swim baby.....
