What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?

No it's the opposite. It makes it thick and stiff so it's more the consistency of ice cream (just not as cold). I find all protein powders mix easily :)

Good morning menu gang! We had a wonderful and fun hike yesterday. So yesterday morning everything I tried on for church looked like poop! It was all too big so I looked in the very back of the closet and found a pretty little black dress I haven't worn in well over 13 years. Tried that baby on and it fit like a glove! I was extremely happy and felt giddy on the inside.

Morning Everyone!!
We had a good weekend. Our second foster Boxer dog found her furever home, and yesterday I dropped her off with them. While it's sad, seeing her new brother - Gus - getting so excited to meet her, and the whole family was so happy to have her, made the sadness go away. Little brat jumped in their van with them and never turned to look at us at all! I think she's happy to have a friend to play with too.
NSVs for me! This morning I put on a pair of stretchy pedal pusher type pants that I haven't worn in a few weeks... they are SO BIG on me now! And, they are no longer pedal pusher length... they now go just past my ankle bone. Hahaha! Guess I'll be putting these away in the donate bags when I get home. I also had to tighten the straps on my wedge heeled sandals I am wearing today. That was something I didn't even think of... but I guess my ankles are smaller now
QOTD: Desserts... I've never been as big of a dessert person as I am a savory lover, but I do have a couple that I enjoyed! Brownie sundae tops the list, especially if you smother the whole thing in whipped creme! AV, you have great taste! I also love homemade carrot cake and creme brulee!
B: Premier Protein Shake
L: Sweet and spicey tuna pack with 2T mayo (although, I doubt I'll be able to eat it all)
S: Cashews
D: TBD - I'll be showing homes after work today... not sure how late I'll be out at this point, and the Hubs is out of town. So the kids may fend for themselves at this point! (I have an extra shake I'll probably drink as I'm leaving this job, going to show, whether I eat again or not I'm not sure)

Dogs are stinkers. LOL My friend is an Iggy foster and I can't understand how you can keep and love a pup and then let them go! Although, to be fair, she has adopted her fair share of fosters over the years. LOL
I have a hard time, EVERY time letting them go... but I try to remember that if we foster, then it's one more dog saved. They have more room at the kennel if we keep one at our house, which means another dog they can save from shelters or owners surrendering. Plus, and I know this sounds weird,,, but I tell the dog that we are foster parents, and when we do find a family interested in them, I start talking to them about their new family.
I'm crazy, huh
