I love ricotta! You can bet I am going to try the toast with ricotta, I have never thought to try that.

The cheesecake factory has some incredible choices. I love the Gollum reference...LOL

Morning AV.  I'm posting this quickly because my SIL will be here in 10 minutes for our walk to the library.  I've had a busy morning.  I met with a trainer at the gym this morning for my free session.  They have this fancy scale there with handles that is supposed to body analysis, and I have to say that I like the resutls I got.  It said 29.9% body fat.  Anyway, I wont be paying for his services, since I am now officially poor, lol.  But I'm back at working out and while I feel sore, I'm feeling good.  He did give me one piece of aidvice that I will stick to.  Do you're weight training before your cardio, so you do it while you're in peak performance.  Makes sense, and I have always done it the other way around.

My scale has dropped 3+ pounds in the last 2 days, so I know I'm shedding water.  hoping to get back down to my pre-vacation weight in the next few weeks.

QOTD: carrot cake with yummy cream cheese frosting.

my 1 year surgiversary is on Thursday

B: 2 eggs, 1 velveeta slice and salsa with coffee and SF pumpkin spice coffeemate

L: 3oz turkey on 1/2 a flat out with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo.

D: chicken thighs with salsa

S: Premier protein, light cheese stick and roast beef.  cucumbers.

will post totals later, sil just showed up.

totals:

calories 920 protein 114 carbs 32 fat 40

Here's what I'm looking at right now!  They have computers right next to the toddler area.

edited to add my totals.  I'm at the library on their computer while Kal plays.  My sil has her little one in with the baby story time.  I really love this place.

What a beautiful view out the window Too! Our library looks like a dark closet with books compared to that.

I love our library!  AND it's a quick 1.3 mile walk from my front door.  I push the stroller and we have so much fun on the walk.  Monday's are going to be a ritual with my sister in law.  Our boys are almost exactly 2 years apart and both love to go and play.  I plan on walking back again this week.

Hey everyone! Ugh Monday. I had a perfectly relaxing and wonderful weekend...why am I so sleepy??

QOTD: Yes. Dessert. All of it. I'm partial to anything with "fudgy" in the title, but I also have a blueberry crumble that I still dream about. And now that I've read the other responses, I'm now craving: pie, apple fritters, cheesecake and carrot cake. Oh Lord.

Today I am 117 (high end of my comfort range in maintenance).

6am: Fit Frappe Mocha

8am: Oikos Vanilla Triple Zero with Syntrax Mint Cookie

11am: 3 deli buffalo chicken slices with provolone cheese (roll ups)

2pm: Sargento Balanced Break

6pm: leftover steak & cheese quesadilla

Does the syntrax mint cookie powder mix easily in the yogurt?  Does it make it soupy?
