What's on your Sunday Menu, RNYers?

Hi Everyone! It's a cool and gloomy day in Boston today and I have every intention of continuing my super-relaxing weekend...in BED...LOL. Yesterday I spent most of the day relaxing, pool-side, which was lovely. Actually, the second that I finish writing this, I am going to the gym...then the relaxing day will start. I didn't start my 1/2 marathon yesterday, but I was inspired by the ladies in my group who hit it hard! ((Go Emiepie!))
Ok, here is a lesson for my fellow RNYers... Last night my friend and her 10 year old niece came over and somehow we decided to all go out for ice cream. Grim and I each ate less than 1/2 of a kiddie cone, but at 8:30, we were driving home in silence and miserable and Grim said. "You'd think it was 1am and we were leaving the club after drinking a bottle of vodka..." Yep. Freaking miserable. Word to the wise: it's NOT worth it! It's NEVER worth it.
QOTD: What is the last movie you saw in the theater? Was it good? I fell asleep during Ghostbusters, but I think that was more about being sick and exhausted than a real movie review. But I've also seen Secret Life of Pets and Finding Dory, recently. Loved them both! We're going to see the new Bourne movie today.
Today I am 117 (high end of my comfort range in maintenance).
B: Fit Frappe Mocha
S: Nuts & Cheese Stick

Good morning JB and peeps. I made it through my day yesterday, mostly on plan. I did switch out my evening snack for popcorn with butter. It was still a great day compared to where i was all week.
Today my plan looks good. I'm pushing protein again and i just had a yummy breakfast.
JBQOTD: The last movie i saw in the Theater was Captain America: Civil War back in May. We used to go to the theater often, but we can't take the toddler yet, so unless it's something we've really been looking forward to, we don't get out often.

Sunny comfortable day here in Illinois today and Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already. Last movie I saw in the theater was Titanic. That tells you how often I go to the theater. What I ate yesterday was: Muscletech Mission 1 Brownie protein bar, egg salad, moon cheese, squash & tomatoes, steak, frozen yogurt and a Clif protein bar. Today will probably be somewhat similar, although I need to go to the grocery store, so we'll see what I come up with.
Have a fantastic day everyone!

Hi JB.... Your plan sounds amazing for the weekend. Except the ice cream part ... Yikes . I honestly can NOT remember the last time I went to the movie theatre to see a movie ... Surely there's a trustworthy teen who wants to babysit Kennedy and Knox....
My scale is the devil and is not budging from 25 lbs lost. I'll be 3 months out Tuesday and lost 16 the first month. I'm over being sad and I'm down right pissed off about it so I'm doing something silly today and trying my moms advice to do 3 boiled eggs today for breakfast lunch and dinner to get the scale moving . I'm at a loss y'all .

The scale is my enemy too. I've lost a little more than you but that's probably because I had more to lose in the first place. My nut told me I would probably lose 25 lbs the first month and 25 more by three months. That's really messed with my head. I wish she hadn't told me that.
I don't have any advice, just want to say I'm right there with you.
