48 pounds down and tired
So since may 23rd i have lost 48 pounds. I had rny on june 8th. I take my vitamins daily and eat tons of protien. IVE BEEN SO TIRED LATELY and cranky. has anyone else experienced this? Im about to go get a gym membership and i hope that helps. Also, has anyone had salad at this point? I really want salad. Lol. And when in a bind or going out to eat any suggestions besides wendys chili?
Lots of people say they are tired for a couple months. Keeps doing what you're doing!
I eat whatever when I'm out. Innards of a taco from Taco Bell (chicken) or qdoba, grilled fish, steak or chicken at a sit down restaurant. Oh and grilled nuggets from chick fila! I haven't had any true salad because I've got no room for that and to get my protein in. However, I have a few bites of tomato, zucchini, cucumber several times a week.

Besides Wendy's chili, I get Taco Bell's Pintos and Cheese. Sometimes I will ask them to add taco meat to it.
McDonald's scrambled eggs or a sausage & cheese breakfast buritto...I don't eat the tortilla.
Boston Chicken...baked chicken breast and broccoli.
Chik-Fil-A...grilled chicken nuggets and a side salad.
Ruby Tuesday...roasted spaghetti squa**** comes plain (bland) so I take a small container of marinara sauce from home to put on it.
Any pizza place...get an individual pizza of my choice but scrape off and eat just the toppings.
Cafeteria food...either a slice of roast beef, or a baked chicken breast, or baked talapia, along with green beans, or broccoli, or asparagus.
Mexican Restaurant...Chicken fajitas with refried beans, pico, and guac...NEVER rice, or chips, or tortillas.
Shrimp ****tail with a side of steamed veggies (never corn or peas).
This gives you an idea of the foods I eat when I go out to eat. If unsure of how something is cooked or the ingredients, I always ask questions.
