Just shoot me now, rookie mistake!
I like it much better than almond milk. I liked almond milk a lot...until I tried cashew milk; and with 25 calories per cup? Yes, please!
I woke up in between a memory and a dream...

I was told by a Starbucks barista that "skinny" drinks have a liquid corn syrup dispensed by a pump - that has 1/3 the sugar of their regular classic syrup. This is still too much for me.
I order iced green tea - unsweetend or sometimes a London Fog - Earl Grey tea (hot) with 5 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and skim milk (Venti size). It is a real treat
. I ALWAYS go inside and watch to make sure they use the sugar free syrup. I have had 2 "drive through" experiences where my blood sugar went to 40 within 60-90 minutes of my drink. I'm not diabetic and never have been - but I do have reactive hypoglycemia when I have sugar (especially on empty stomach). So I don't take any chances.
Even better, buy sugar free syrups (DiVinci or Torani) and make sugar free drinks, lattes, etc. at home.
