What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I love Montreal, is a great city!
Ogdensburg is about 3 hours West of me. Have a great trip to visit your son.
Happy Friday Everybody! I'm not really a sports fan although I occassionally will watch part of a St Louis Cardinals game on TV. Plans for the weekend include laundry today and a cowboy shoot with hubby Saturday. Church things of course on Sunday as usual. Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already this am and I will do another 1.5 miles after dinner by myself. Post op 47 months today and weight at 118 even. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey cheese roll up 1/2 c green beans D 1/2 c chicken salad with 1/2 tomato sliced S mission 1 chocolate brownie protein bar. Picture to follow but just a yard sale find in a girls size large--no fan gear here. Have a great weekend full of smart choices everyone!

I have about a million sports themed pix from last weekend with Grim and the DaisyDoos! But I'm going to choose the least obvious one and show when Daisy and I were trying on fancy clothes for the Polo Match we never went to. LOL. I LOVE going to Polo. A sport that encourages fancy hat wearing and wine drinking? Sign me up!!!
Today I am 118 (high end of my comfort range)
5am: Large Half Caff Iced Coffee

Whoops forgot QOTD...
I get the most compliments on my eyes, but I only think they look good when outlined/defined with eyeliner and mascara.

LOVE the picture, and I want that coat that Daisy is wearing. Love your hats! I've always felt the same way about horse racing as you do about polo. I have a friend whose aunt used to own race horses. A couple of times a year she would have a soiree in a tent set up next to the track. Hats, ****tails and a little gambling. What could be better?

Morning AV. I forget it was theme day. I'll find a sports-related pic and post it shortly. In the meantime, here is a group shot with JB, Daist, and her hubby. These are FANTASTIC people!
