Someone on Instagram posted a pic of chicken carbonara with no pasta that looked great. I'm sure the calories from the creamy sauce were high but no carbs from pasta ? Just an idea

Meat sauce over lettuce. Sounds weird, but it is good! I substitute lettuce for rice and pasta all of the time.

I substitute steamed coleslaw mix (shaved cabbage) a lot, or I make zoodles

This actually sounds really good! I've always liked to eat my salad on the same plate as my pasta because it kind of gets mixed up a little. Thought maybe I was just weird. Will have to give that a shot when the time comes!

Tried my hardest to not go this weekend but I thought it would make me stronger and motivate me even more. Can't wait for that feeling that you all have had the pain the questioning if you did the right thing and then the pleasure of a whole new U ! I dream about it as its so close.

AV - you were in the area for the hay days. Proud of you that your still a fan. It's another year lets see how it goes.

Good morning AV and menu gang!

MY DW snapped this pic of me last night after I came home from Hockey, I look exhausted..LOL. I am a Hockey fan and live 45 minutes from the city of Montreal! My favorite sport is Hockey and my Favorite Team is the Montreal Canadians! The Habs colors are Red, White and blue, though I chose to wear the St Pattys day version as I am an Irishman! Go Habs Go!

QOTD - My favorite feature is my legs, they are strong and defined. That is all I c an say as I am not comfy talking about myself. LOL

time since surgery - 20 months and 10 days

B - hard Boiled eggs

S - 12 Almonds, slice of roast beef and slice of provolone

L - Boneless skinless chicken thigh

S - slice of roast beef and slice of provolone

D - Baked Cod in butter/garlic

Pre gym snack - protein bar

885 Calories

Exercise - 90 minutes at the gym and then DW, DS and I are going out to dinner.

Lucky you to live that close to Montreal. I loved our bonus extra night we got there a week ago.

I leave in a week to visit my son in Combermere, Ontario. When he flies up there he flies into Ogdensberg. I don't know where that is in relation to you??
