What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I am really late today, because I have been interviewing candidates for the position of the Executive Directors of Pharmacy. Good news: lots of great candidates. Bad news: efficient way to burn up a whole morning.
AV, you have asked the age old mystery question. Why can't boy**** the bowl? I am the youngest of six, and I have five older brothers. When I was growing up it was my job to clean their bathroom. It was a toxic hazard, and I hated it. I think I have PTSD from the experience, and believe that I have a case for an intentional infliction of mental distress lawsuit. I noticed the same pattern with my guy roommates over the years. Luckily I didn't have to clean their bathrooms.
No pic for me today. I am a die hard Oregon Ducks football fan, and have a ton of gear. I will have to take a picture next time I put some on. I do sleep in a U of O tank, but I am thinking that is not an appropriate picture to share here.
QOTD: I think my best features are my hair and my hands. I have my mom's hands. Long, thin fingers and deep nail beds. I think of her whenever I look at them. My hair is thick, with no grey in it. I also love the color. I went red after I lost my hair to chemo, and was looking to spice things up when it started to grow back in. I was a red head as a kid, so it is sort of like coming home.
I managed to eat almost nothing on my menu yesterday. Ended up going out for Chinese food for lunch (chicken and vegetables), and was tired when I got home last night, and it was hot, so I ate some salami and cheese for dinner. I also washed it down with a glass of champagne, and I'm not the least bit sorry I did.
Not much on the agenda this weekend. I too must scale Mt. Laundry. I hate doing laundry, and I hold out until I'm out of underwear before I do it. Needless to say, I have about 30 pairs of underwear. Stacy, I am all for buying more at Nordstrom's Anniversary sale. I should take another run there before it's over. There must be something I didn't already buy.

OMG, Maryann, did your parents hate you or something? LOL That's some Cinderella type **** right there.
Happy Friday to my favorite crew of RNYers! The resident whiny pants from Reno is checking in. I'm a born and raised avid San Francisco 49er and San Francisco Giant fan. My Dad was a huge fan, so was my Grandpa, it's all I know. When my ex boyfriend and I were stupidly considering marriage, our wedding attire was going to be 49er jerseys. As crappy as my week has been, I have no pics in my gear, I'll make it up to you guys, though.
Everything else is the same, I'm just miserable right now. Doc told me to double my pain meds, so I'm just hurting and super tired.
Kristin, I'm glad to see you back. Have you tried the little Laughing Cow cheeses? They are a nice change from string cheese if you're burnt out.
I had part of a banana, some cashews and I've eaten a bit of won ton soup today. I figured out last night dairy doesn't sit well, at all. I'm just counting down the days until Wednesday.
Everyone have a safe and fun weekend!
Don't know if anyone will see this...but just to show how whacked out on meds I am I posted this on Wednesday's post......
SO here is my photo...

Doh! I totally messed up with my Friday photo - forgot about the sports theme. Well I don't have any recent sports photos, but this first one was taken last year while visiting my Mom in the hospital (she was in and out for 6 months during my weightloss phase. I was only about about half way to my goal here. We watched the Charger game on Mom's hospital TV. (That Jersey was WAY too small for me before surgery).
And this is a REALLY old one (1999 - I was 37 years old) at a Padre Game... I had lost 83 pounds with Jenny Craig and was dating that guy (I'm in the black visor)... 5 years later I gained all 83 back + 80 more *sigh*. Sooooo glad those days are over!
