What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Running late this morning. Took my time leaving the house. My Guy had the day off and normally we drive into work together. He usually has to be in by 8am so we have to leave the house by 745am. This morning I didn't even get out of bed until 745. LOL I make my own schedule so I can roll in whenever I want. So...roll in I did. I declared today is Casual Friday as well and wore jeans. Ha!
QOTD: I really like my smile. I always have.
Photo: I watch football with my Guy because he loves it but I am not a sports fan per se. So... my only 'sporty' photo is from a few months ago when I went and played paintball for the first time ever. For me it was a huge NSV because paintball is actually played over acres of field and I would never have been able to hike and run around like that prior to surgery.
Menu:
B: Chobani Greek Simply "Crunch"
L: Left over sirloin (Mmmmmmm) and an orange
D: Not really sure... no kids tonight so who knows what trouble we will find
S: Cheese stick
Have a great weekend everyone!

Good afternoon everyone ! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend ! Unfortunately mine will be spent in a rental house that we have...packing up and moving someone else's nasty things including a giant fish aquarium full of fish I don't know what to do with , and I still have their dog . He is a cute chihuahua and I love Georgie , he follows me everywhere I go, I'm sure wondering where his mom is. I'm not a sports fan so I have no picture to post. My husband and I are going out tonight to have some fun at a jimmy buffet karaoke contest bwaaaahaaaa !!!! So exciting as we never get grown up time.
QOTD: my eyes are my favorite part of me. They are very whitish blue and I'm blessed with black nice lashes so no matter what weight I ever got to I still had nice eyes .
B :1/4 cup tuna with mayo
L : supreme pizza toppings no crust
D: cheeseburger in paradise ... Lettuce wrapped

Good morning and happy friday! Like AV, I will be summiting Mount Laundry . . . once my new washer is delivered that is. I haven't been able to do any laundry in a week and I'm seriously running out of clothes, underwear and towels. So much so that I bought new underwear at Nordstrom Anniversary sale. The weekend will also be busy and full of food challenges. I'm going to Shakespeare by the Sea tonight. We bring food and the friends I go with are supportive. I made pesto shrimp that we'll eat cold and Parmesan Crisps (which unfortunately aren't that crispy) and my friend is bringing hummus and assorted other dips, cheese and watermelon. Other than the hummus I've had none of these foods since surgery, so it should be an interesting experiment. Tomorrow I'm going to dinner for a friend's birthday. She told me she put it off until I could eat . . . and then picked a seafood restaurant. We're going to The Lobster in Santa Monica so I think it would be wrong to not have lobster for dinner, Right??? Other than that, I've been released to start "trotting," so I'm going on my first "trot" tomorrow morning to break in my new running . . . er . . . trotting shoes. My first time with Saucony and I'm hoping I love them.
KQOTD: I love my eyes which have a nice shape and a nice green color and my hair, which is thick (even after my loss after surgery No. 1) and is compliant. . . I can get it to look good curly or straight!
My food plan: Completely up in the air since I don't know what will sit well and what won't but here's what's on deck
B: Protein shake
L: Ricotta Bake
D: 2 oz pesto shrimp, a bit of hummus and cheese. I may get brave and try some watermelon . . . we're going to be there a long time!
S: Skinny vanilla latte, babybel cheese
Totals: This is a total guess since dinner is such a wildcard
