Anyone here had a sleeve to RNY revision?

I just realized I didn't answer your question about the tight feeling.  Yes I did feel tight after being sleeved.  That's normal. 

I don't remember it feeling tight all the way up into my throat. I can understand it being stressful to you, especially if it happens each time you eat. It's probably a good idea for you to talk to your doctor about this. He knows what he did during your surgery and would know if there is a specific reason for this to be happening. 

Another good resource for you besides the revision forum is the sleeve/VSG forum. You will probably find a few more people there who have gone from the band to the sleeve.
