Heart palpitations anyone ?

Oh SheriBeri those are soooo scary! I have had a total of FOUR emergency room visits in the last month because of SVT. Oh I have experienced a rapid heart beat before where it would last a mili second. But these were different because they all started when my GP overdosed me on meds. I have not been the same since. I have learned that certain foods such as caffeine and chocolate and most if not all artificial foods trigger an event.
It is EXTREMELY scary to have your heart race that fast, it seems to induce a panicky type of feeling and I don't panic or have panic attacks. My cardio dr refferred me to an electrophysiology cardio doctor. He scheduled me for an ablation but my heart rate did not rise even after he used the highest dose of the trigger meds. So I concluded it was from my diet that triggered these events. Check out Youtube for more information.
No advice, just lots of positive thoughts coming your way
Don't ignore it, go see a doc and put your mind to rest
