What's on your Thursday menu?
My exercising is always walking with my boxer Lily,either at a state park or on our local walking path. I do 5k with her in the morning and about 1.5 miles around town by myself after dinner every day. That's the exercise plan for today too. If weather is bad I have a treadmill and exercise bike downstairs I use. I much prefer being outdoors though. Post op 47 months tomorrow and weight at 117.8 after 3 days away from a scale. All that hiking Lily and I did helps for sure. Here's the food for today B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese with pickles D 1/2 c chicken salad with 1/2 tomato slices S mission 1 chocolate chip cookie protein bar.
