Good Morning! Thanks for starting us up Anny. I hope Kristen is feeling okay today. I am back at work and tons of meetings today so I hope it goes by quick.
QOTD: I just do my typical cardio stuff and occasionally a yoga DVD, nothing fancy here. I will be interested in seeing what others suggest!

B: SF latte, egg beaters with shredded cheese, 2 turkey sausage links and some grapes
L: Bananas and cream protein shake with powdered PB2 with chocolate
S: SF latte, chocolate raspberry L&F Greek yogurt, pork rinds and jerky
D: Apple and gouda chicken sausage, hummus with some baby carrots and SF jello
E: 6 miles this morning and elliptical at lunch
V/W: On track

I notice you do a great job with your menu and you rock your exercise, I enjoy starting my workouts on the elliptical, really seems to loosen up my muscles and joints. Great job!

QOTD - I network at the gym and with coworkers/personal trainer and I also listen to my body, there are days that I have to change my plan as I may be too sore to work that body part. LOL....
Time since surgery - 20 months and 9 days
B - I used my microwave "eggtastic" thingy and made 2 scrambled eggs with cheese
S - 12 almonds, slice of roast beef and slice of provolone
L - 3 oz of Rub eye and cucumbers
S - Slice of Roast beef and slice of provolone
D - Boneless skinless chicken thigh in crockpot, cooked in a sauce of crushed pineapple, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
Pre hockey snack - protein bar.
Exercise - 60 minutes coaching at a hockey clinic and 60 minutes playing Hockey

So I have a "coach" who figured out my macros and so I will be starting to eat along the lines of IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros). I am going to give it my best effort, it is very scary, but I will try my best. It way more calories then I do now, and way more carbs.
15+ months since surgery
M1: NOatmeal w/ 30g slivered almonds, raisins, dcanberries
M2: Flatout wrap, 2oz deli chicken breast, 1oz RF mexican cheese, pickles & baby spinach
M3: Beef Jerky 1oz
M4: The usual protein shake
M5: Pan seared scallops (homemade) with butter
