Good morning! My sympathies, AV - about 10 years ago I had something for two weeks called BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) after a head cold. I finally got treatment at a dizziness clinic and it has never come back. It was awful.
QOTD: 5'3" with a shoe size of 9 to 9.5. When I was in my early twenties my shoe size was 7.5 to 8. Either I had a growth spurt (probable) or my feet really got big from carrying 280 lbs (contributing factor). Since losing weight, the width has gone from W to B, and the size is more often 9 than 9.5. I have a lot of great shoes that now fit a bit loosely.
Food today is a bit sketchy as I have to get groceries. There will be roast pork and popcorn (not together) and the rest depends on what's on sale.

Good Morning! I am really sorry that you didn't feel well yesterday, hope you continue to feel better today. Congrats to your son and his team-hope they do well and make it to the next round!! I am hanging out with Em again today before I head back to work tomorrow for a 2-day week. It will go by quick as I have to administer 8 evaluations by end of biz on Friday plus catch up on stuff I missed from being out.

Sorry you weren't well yesterday AV. Good luck at the water park tomorrow. I'm feeling a little weak today. Last nights gym workout was harder on me than usual and am feeling residual effects today. I've been a bit behind on taking my B12- so hopefully getting back on track will help. And I'm kind of sick of work-- so vacation next week is right on time. The more frustrated I get I tack on another day off LOL.
QOTD I'm 5'6.5" and wear an 11-12 shoe. Before WLS I was firmly a 12W shoe; since losing weight I can fit some 11's, but still am mostly a 12; don;t need wide anymore.

Good morning. Vertigo: nasty! My mom has gotten this pretty often for about 40 years, and it is no fun. I had an episode this April, and it was so scary. I hope you never have it again!
QOTD: I am 5'5", although maybe I have shrunk a little. Shoe is a 9.5 to 10. I just ordered a bunch of shoes to try on from Zappos. Now that I have new clothes, I need shoes to go with them! Expensive, but such fun.
Today I will keep at my big three goals that I do think help with weight maintenance (sorry for the repeat, but we all know how daily reminders are what we need): (1) mindful eating by sitting down to eat, (2) finding my inner place of satisfaction and peace, that is, nourishment in things other than food, and (3) knocking out the three biggest anxieties on my to do list. Even just one big anxiety off the list helps this stress eater.
i will have some challenges with snacking today because I had my 18 son out shopping yesterday, so there are some trigger foods in the house. I think I will be most successful if I plan to eat some, and then I will be mindful,about it.
B egg with summer squash and cheddar
L leftover chicken curry with cucumber, Greek yogurt, and golden raisins
D leftover hamburger patty, watermelon, cherry tomatoes
Admirable snacks, if needed: cashew bites, Greek yogurt and apricot
honest snacks because I will miss the 18 son when he leaves in 3 weeks and so I not only bought but encouraged buying some of his favorites at the store: 1/2 cup lucky charms, 1 oz chocolate
