Good morning! A quick post this morning. My daughter is waiting for me to play with her (Play-foh). I had a nice walk yesterday (3 km). Today, a trip to Costco! QOTD : I'm 5'4" and wear a size 8.
B- scrambled eggs with a slice of velveeta cheese
S- premier protein shake
L - ham and cherries
S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D- pork tenderloin and asparagus
S - turkey bit and cheese stering
Total : 1115 Protein : 128 Carbs : 42 Fat : 47

Sorry to hear about the vertigo, AV. I've had it before and you can't do nothing but lay down in bed. I'm glad you're doing better today. And good luck to your son!
I got through yesterday without a protein bar. I felt so much more sane! Those stupid things were messing with my head. I didn't even eat everything I had on my plan because I just wasn't that hungry. Win win.
Qotd: I am 5' 8", although I could swear I was 5' 9" 20 years ago. Maybe it was wishful thinking so my BMI was better, lol. And I wear size 10 shoes. There is never the same selection for 10s that there is say for 8s, but better than 11s I know.

L turkey cheese rollup, low carb wrap, lettuce, mustard
D pork loin, broccoli
S more pork loin, Chobani 100 Greek yogurt
