Good job!  My goal is to get off shakes as soon as possible.  I think as soon as I can start with lean meats, I should be good to go.  My shakes typically have 20-23 grams of protein in them and I'm consistently over 80g.  So, if I can add one more meal (eggs and ground turkey, for example) i should be ok.

Appt went well, NP was very happy with weight loss. Encouraged me to drink more water (I know this is an issue for me) and exercise. Did labs. That's it! Back in 3 months!

Yuck, vertigo to horrible!!  I am glad you are feeling a little better today!!

QOTD:   I am 5'6" and I wear a size 9 shoe.

15+ months since surgery

M1: NOatmeat w/ 30g slivered almonds, raisin and dried cranberries

M2: 2 HB eggs, 2oz proscuitto

M3: Dannon L&F Greek strawberry cheesecake yogurt, mini cucumber w/ (1) LC wedge

M4: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M5: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1oz RF shredded cheese

Totals: Cals: 1071  Protein: 108  Carbs: 59  Fat: 52
