Good job! My goal is to get off shakes as soon as possible. I think as soon as I can start with lean meats, I should be good to go. My shakes typically have 20-23 grams of protein in them and I'm consistently over 80g. So, if I can add one more meal (eggs and ground turkey, for example) i should be ok.

M1: NOatmeat w/ 30g slivered almonds, raisin and dried cranberries
M2: 2 HB eggs, 2oz proscuitto
M3: Dannon L&F Greek strawberry cheesecake yogurt, mini cucumber w/ (1) LC wedge
M4: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice
M5: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1oz RF shredded cheese
Totals: Cals: 1071 Protein: 108 Carbs: 59 Fat: 52
