What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
They changed their formula including the type of fiber used in the bars. I've heard other people complaining that since the fiber change, the bars give them horrible gas. I haven't tried one yet (not allowed on my plan until food week 5) so don't know how it will affect me, but since my surgery gas is much more of an issue.
the "so called-fiber".... and the SA..

Good morning! We missed you yesterday Kristen, vertigo sucks. I've never had that, but I have had pseuotumor cerebri, which is basically codeword for fat white woman's disease. It makes you dizzy and affects your peripheral vision, as the pressure inside your brain increases and presses on your optic nerve. I was on a diuretic for a couple of years for it, then had the lapband and lost weight, which puts it into remission. I've not had any issues with it since then, but I remember that feeling--miserable!
QOTD: I'm 5'5 and wear a 9. Sometimes I can squeeze into a 8.5, but my feet are wide so I prefer a 9.
B- 2 philly cheesesteak egg bites and irish tea w/SF creamer
L- innards of qdoba triple threat taco
D-? not sure, maybe tuna or something along those lines
S- protein shake
Totals- incomplete but will be under 800. I'm doing pretty well with getting my protein to 70, yesterday without even a shake! Yay!
**I go for my 3 month post-op follow up shortly, wish me luck!
