Went for my first appointment 2 weeks post op and staple removal.
im so excited to be down 44lbs all together since February 2016
Out of the 44 I lost 25lbs from when I went in for surgery till today so happy.

It's hard and you get frustrated but I have no regrets because it's about getting healthy.
