So MRI was this morning, should have results in 24-48 hours. I'm dreading the results because with my luck I will be in a boot for 6 more weeks.
QOTD: I always prefer an actual book, but the kindle is so much easier to read at night, I don't have to have every light in the house on.
Time since surgery: 15 month
B: Decaf w/ cream, Premier protein shake
L: Ham, cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread
D: Meeting up with JB, Grim & Daisy, I hear beef is on the menu.

QOTD: On the rare occasion I do read- I prefer an e-reader. I used to have a nook- till I left it on an airplane. Grrrr.

I still have sadness from leaving a device on a plane 7 years ago! I loved that thing, and the newer models were not the same. Sniff sniff.
Arg I would be so mad about leaving my tablet on the plane

I have a difficult time lately posting my menu for the day bc it changes so much right now, a lot of changes in my plans due to cir****tances beyond my control ( we had not 1 but 2 re talk houses in trouble with the law and have giant messes to clean up and animals to take in ) but I digress... Anywho, I will try to begin posting what I had the previous day ...
