Hi everyone- thanks for starting out the thread melissa
I like both- though I don't read enough on my fire tablet. Lately been using my audible 3 month trial to have outlander read to me. I have only reached part 1 of season 1 on the TV series also. I will finish the book series hopefully and then go back and rewatch the tv series.
not much going on here- i did make the lasagna wantons for dinner last night- I made 6 for me (3 meals) and 6 for DH and he ate them all!
so I guess he liked it. I didn't put vegetables in his though- only in mine. I will have leftovers today for lunch and tomm.

I have an old keyboard kindle, it was a gift on my 50th birthday. I would never have bought one back then as I prefer a book most times, but I found it very handy to have, especially when I had nothing to read and didn't feel like heading out. I purchased a new kindle fire around Xmas time last year for $34, so much easier to read at night with the new one and for streaming movies or shows on Amazon Prime.

I didn't do spinach- I did zucchini, and i made my own pasta sauce due to all the sugars in the regular sauce. Instead of ricotta I used small curd cottage cheese. I also only did 1 wanton per cupcake so I could have 2. I think they ended up being about 170 cal for two the way i made them
