Need help/support getting back to where I was
Easiest thing to do is to go back to basics. Focus on protein, weigh your proteins, and don't drink with meals. Cut out any white, processed carby foods like bread, rice, pasta, crackers. Cut out sugar if you're eating sugary foods or drinking non diet sodas or fruit juices.
A lot of people, myself included, have had great success losing regain with this. It's getting back to basics and kickstarting losing regain by simply focusing totally on meat or meat/dairy.

I'm right there with you Trying4Me! I have gained back 40 pound also and have gone back to the basics. I am tracking my calories and protein again and forcing myself to drink my water. I also have begun my vitamins faithfully and made an appointment with my doctor for a complete physical and blood work update. It is truly like starting over. Also, the biggest step for me, is getting back on here and being a part of a community that understands our daily struggles. This was my biggest support in the beginning and I fell away from the program when I stopped coming here. So start at the beginning and keep up with the support of others. :) Good Luck!
