QOTD: I was walking with a cane and couldn't walk very far before surgery and couldn't bring my groceries and laundry, my friend had to do it. I had to ride a scooter at the grocery store but now I can do all that and don't need a cane.
B egg whites ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L cottage cheese, orange pepper, and sliced cucumbers
D probably be my leftover steak, grilled mushrooms and half of a sweet potato
S Greek yogurt with chia seeds and apple

Today just been doing chores around the house and tying to get some food ready for this week meal wise.
I browned up some ground pork for the eggroll recipe we will have tomm
Tonight is teryaki salmon on the grill!
Made DH a choc chip bread pudding with some peanut butter incorporated in it. he really liked it.
I had no oat meal with yogurt (my recipe) for breakfast
I cleaned up my closet a bit yesterday and got some things ready to sell
yesterday I stayed below my calories at about 670 for the day with about 80 protein, 40 carbs
today eating chicken gizzards i made in my instntpot with turkey fat free gravy
this weeks meal I plan on making (for dinner) lunch is usually leftovers of other meals:
salmon (tonight)
eggroll in a bowl
pork lasagna with wanton shells
turkey spam
tuna/avocado (will make separate for DH, he won't eat avocado instead of mayo)
weight at 153 today, about 18 pounds to goal
Good evening! Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I ended up going to a get together with friends from high school. Last minute, but I had fun and am very proud of myself. I brought slices of baked ham and different cheeses, so that I was sure I'd have something to eat . I went over by 200 calories, but it was all protein and veggies. Oh and the wine! Anyway, here's what I ate today :
B- Canadian bacon and coffee with light cream
L - 1/2 cup cottage cheese and half of a huge peach
S - Premier protein shake
D - Ham, broccoli slaw, roasted red peppers, half a deviled egg, cheese
S - Cheese string, turkey bite, 27 roasted almonds
Total : 990 Protein : 110 Carbs : 43 Fat : 47
