Morning!! Your weekend with Daisy sounds exciting!
I tried to get my car inspected this am but the machine at the shop was broken-- grr. Had to make an appointment for another place tomorrow. Went to the gym and dressed and even made homemade Belgian waffles for the family. Somewhere in there my Apple Watch has quit working. It won't power on at all. I have apple care thank goodness- but will have to drive to Timbuktu to get an appointment this weekend at a Genius Bar. Geez- that store books fast.
QOTD: what's kind of in my head is anything Eminem-- he's my favorite artists to listen to when I work out.

m2-4: no idea-- I'll be with my sister today. This can get ugly-- we eat terribly when we're together.

Good morning! So jazzed for you guys and your meetup and obviously jealous but I know you four will have a blast. My excitement for the weekend is shopping for new running shoes!
I think it's great that you're getting second opinions on your concerns, all of our bodies are so different and you know yours best. Sometimes we have to be our own advocates.
QOTD: Maroon 5 - Sugar, it's what was playing when I got in the car after my workout this morning.
My menu for today: latte and shake for breakfast, lunch will be out (I'm thinking either insides of a fish taco and beans or the strawberry salad from panera) afternoon snacks will be my usual and dinner an apple/Gouda sausage, cottage cheese, carrots and SF jello. Exercise done and water and vits started.
