What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
I'm so ready for the weekend. I haven't been sleeping thanks to my anti-biotics and I am just exhausted.
QOTD: I usually stop at a convenience store and can usually find cheese and jerky.
Time Since Surgery: 7 months
B: Double Scoop shake but really only got half down
S: Have some chicken but not sure if I'm gonna get it down either.
L: Pizza Toppings
D: Steak
Will probably need a snack tonight
Ugh cannot wait to finish these m
eds they have messed with my diet and routine so much.
Here's my photo from my reunion two weeks ago with my best friend. I had to choose between the green and a cool black dress, but the black dress was just a little too snug.

Good morning! My weekend is shaping up nicely, tonight DW, DS and I are going to the gym and then heading to our camper for the weekend. I am planning on smoking Ribs tomorrow, I will try to post pictures.
QOTD - I live in NY and work in VT, it seems that most convenience stores are offering healthy choices, HB Eggs, Cheese and Pepperoni packets, beef jerky , etc. They are my staples. I will usually buy a cheese and pepperoni packet made with cabot Cheese! Yum.
B - 4 slices of bacon
S - Dannon Light and Fit greek yogurt & Peanuts
Lunch - Leftovers again! LOL ( Cabbage roll casserole)
S - Cheese stick
D - grilled salmon and cukes from my garden!
S - Skinny Popcorn
Exercise - 90 minutes at the gym, 30 cardio and 60 weight training.
Stay healthy my friends!
Sorry about the bathroom selfie, it is all I can do on casual Friday!
QOTD I would always go to Wendy's. Plain chicken breast, 130 calories and 27 protein. Convenience store? Never go so if I did, pork rinds all the way.
I think I have finally gotten my act together. I am below my lowest weight and have my head on straight. Trying to keep my shakes to 2 a day and eat actual food. Not a fan, but doing it.
My 16 year old daughter and I took a painting class last night. So fun!
Great picture! I've always wanted to do one of those paint night things. It looks like fun!
Good Morning Everyone!
I don't have any big weekend plans. A birthday party for my 17 year old niece. Not sure what to get her for a present. Anyone have any great suggestions?
QOTD: Pretty much what everyone else has said. Cheese, beef jerky or protein bar from a convenience store or drive through somewhere and eat a hamburger without the bun.
What I ate yesterday was: A Clif protein bar, great northern beans w/ bacon, 1/2 cup frozen yogurt, a hamburger patty, watermelon and a Clif protein bar.
Have a great day everyone and a wonderful weekend!
