What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
So jelly of your HOF trip to Cooperstown. One of my favorite memories from my marraige to my ex-husband. Went there Columbus Day weekend 1987...Mets had won the World Series the year before, so it was all about the Mets. Stayed at a bed and breakfast, trees were gorgeous fall colors, went to a cider mill...and I was 3 months pregnant with my son. I still believe this is why he iscan over the top Mets fzn and baseball nut. It started in the womb.
Pics- second is my stitch fix that arrived. Meh. Can't see it but heans fit in legs but I can pull out waist at least 6 inches. First pic is me in naxi for Daisy. Bought that dress end of last summer, never wore. Had it altered beginning of june...still haven't worn. Why?
QOTD: on road my go to would be a 2pk of hard boiled eggs, a cheese stick or jerky. I only get concerned about the jerky because of salt. Glad you asked this question...I neec go know simple to prepare proteins that give you the most bang for your buck protein vs calories. Considering my low protein lab and surgery I need to get on top of it.
I am on my tabket - laptop is being fixed..so sorry for tge huge pucs, crazy hair and bonus pic cant delete. LoL
So Monday is the day. Paid the piper yesterday. Please pray my friend and family get here safely. That is my biggest stress right now.
Tomorrow is my 2 year surgiversary...hokding really steady at 172.2 not bouncing around so that is a good tning. My bariatric brain would like it to be lower as I had bottomed out at 167..after surgery... But fighting the goid fight with my brain, and all is good.

Looking great Cynthia! Wishing you best of luck with your surgery. I too am in a rut, I need to change up some recipes a bit. I eat a lot of eggs, cheese and chicken and have pinned tons of recipes, but still usually make the same meals over and over. I still have shakes probably 3 or 4 times a week, not a fan of the bars, but will have one occasionally. I will eat yogurt and cottage cheese for snacks, but I get really tired of them easily. I have an appointment with the nutritionist next month. Hopefully I'll come away with some new ideas.
You look beautiful in the maxi dress. Why don't you wear It? And I am most definitely jealous of your arms. The first summer I was thinking I spent the whole summer in 3/4 length sleeves. The next year I decided if they don't want to look at saggy arm skin then they can look away. I look pretty good for being 56 and losing over 150 pounds. If my arms looked like yours though, I would definitely go sleeveless!
Ahh yes, your Mets beat my Red sox that year if I am not mistaken! Do you know Bill Buckner still gets harassed by red Sox fans to this day for the error he made in Game 6.
