Amazing Hilary! Great job!

That is sooo great. A new low. I have never been the weight I am my whole adult life. I was over 300lbs for 20 years. It's amazing right? 

Good morning!  Really hot day today in Windsor, Ontario (95 without considering the humnidex).  I'm going to take my girls to the mall to walk around and window shop.  I'm feeling a bit discouraged.  I weighed myself today and I'm up a half pound since Monday.  I've lowered my caloric intake and have exercised every day...  I guess it'll come off eventually.  QOTD : I usually head up to bed around 9:30-10.  I wash up and read in bed. Then I fall asleep.  I usually have no problem falling asleep but I'm a very light sleeper so if my husband comes to bed after me, I wake up and then have a hard time falling back asleep.

B- Canadian bacon, shredded cheese, coffee with light cream

S- late breakfast, so no snack

L- 1/2 cup cottage cheese, sauteed zuchini

S- premier protein shake

D- steak, mushroom and onion omelette with cheese

S-greek yogurt

Total : 919  Protein :116  Carbs : 31  Fat :  40

Exercise : 2.5 km walk

Hey! We're neighbors!  I'm in metro Detroit.  Well, actually I'm closer to Ann Arbor, but I'm like 30 minutes from Windsor (not counting the bridge traffic).

Just wanted to thank each and everyone one of you awesome people for taking the time yesterday and posting your support, prayers and love for my husband & me.  I let him read all of your responses last night, he got very teary eyed that all of you are so wonderful and kind.  He said I must post a HUGE thank you to you all. Seriously, thank you, don't know what I would do with out you all!!

I was thinking about your hubby and that poor boy last night during my run. Stirred many memories for me. I do not have nightmares. But I can still close my eyes and see every tragic scene. Like I mentioned yesterday, says a lot about his character that he was able to stop and act the way he did. he is a sharp guy that uses his head under pressure. Hope he is doing well.

Big screen hugs back to you too Daisy and to your hubby. You sure got a good Man! Hang on to him!

I am going to have to go back and find your post, I am on my phone for a few days and it is challenging to read everything. This group is great and so glad you and DH were encouraged. 

Oh Daisy, I just went back and read it, tears in my eyes. I can't imagine. We don't have control over life and death, we do our best on any given day. Just tragic. Hugs to you and hubby. Glad you are going to Boston for dome R and R.
