What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?

In in a half day meeting today so I'm multitasking writing this post. So my weight this morning was 154.1! the lowest ever in my entire life! I'm also not overweight for the first time ever~ I can't believe it- 19 pounds to goal. I planning on going below this goal to have a little wiggle room. not sure how my body will look so I at least want to get a little below goal.
QOTD: I usually watch tv till 10:15-10:30, walk puppies, lay down and I'm out. i get up whenever someone has scheduled a call, but no later than 7:45. This week people have called meetings at 7-7:30 so I've been up earlier than usual. I have not worn my cpap machine for 2 weeks and put it back on last night because I wasn't sleeping well. well- then i didn't sleep well! grr annoying. i finally turned off the machine and went to sleep.
Free yoga tonight and I'm going for a walk before around the square in town because of Pokemon go. Want more pokemons and need to walk- I'm overdue. Was going to jog yesterday but it was almost 100 degrees so thats a no go.

L: turkey sloppy joe/zuchinni
D: chicken/curry sauce/zuchinni
S: carbmaster yogurt/pickles/2 egg white/ww peanut butter ice cream mini bar/carbmaster yogurt
