Protein Shakes
I am almost 4 weeks out and I'm sick of those dang protein shakes. what I have started doing is taking the Premier Protein Chocolate and mixing 5 oz of that with 4oz of skim milk. Taste like chocolate milk. Just the protein drink is too thick and way to sweet. Hope this helps. If you can get some protein powder and get your protein in that way you won't need the shakes. I'm struggling myself. It is hard to get that protein in when you don't want to even eat or drink anything. Keep experimenting until you find what works. Good luck to you and hang in there, it will be worth it.
