Hey yall. Feeling so much better- it was stress and anxiety and has quickly left my body. Went to yoga flow last night- she had it 80 something degrees in the room- it was rough- i did get dizzy a few times coming up faster from floor. will probably need to start bringing water bottle in there going forward.

Ok- I admit- I've bought a LOT lately! to be fair, I've switched sizes from 12 pants and large tops to smaller size. so closet has been revamped again. not spending much money at all and selling the bigger stuff online, so im giving myself permission to spend. yesterday I found a yellow plaid sundress for $1, a patagonia dress for $1, 3 leather belts for $1 each, two denim skirts for $3 each (one is ESCADA!!!) and a pair of dansko wood clog shoes for $3 at thrift store. Saturday i found a pair of merrill black sandals for $5 at thirft, so comfy! So I'm enjoying this WAYYY too much. Been wearing more dresses and skirts when I go out- some even above the knee (GASP!) Got some doc martens on amazon prime day for $35 - they are boots so haven't worn them yet. Oh and I found a harvey seatbelt bag the other week with the tags on it for $3! Tags said $150! have bought some smaller sizes also like dresses in sz 6-8 and pants/jeans in 8 since they are the next size.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

B: no oat meal/carbmaster milk/decaf/miralax

L:Leftover turkey sloppy joe/zuchini

D: chicken/curry sauce/zuchinni

S:tuna salad packet/carbmaster milk/1/2 quest/carbmaster yogurt/reddi whip

total 773

prot 94

carb 46

Anot her bargain hunter like Me! I've found all sorts of clothes from Aeropostale, the Gap and the Limited at Goodwill. Many still have the tags or have barely been worn. And to think I used to hate to Shop! You will be in those size 8s before you know it.

this is actually something i took from Melissa.

It's 1/2 cup carbmaster milk (I get vanilla)

1 tbl chia seeds

1 tbl ground flax

a pinch of splenda brown sugar

total 127 calories

8 fat

9.5 carb

7 fiber

9.8 protein

keeps me full for at least 2-3 hours-

there is a couple more variations

using ground hemp along with the chia

using 1/2 chia 1/2 hemp

i like both the flax and hemp- maybe i like the hemp more

plus i had a TON of chia to eat

Good morning all!  Day 3 of the sugar detox.  I am happy to report that I haven't had any sweets, pastries, chocolate or other tasty treats since Sunday.  My cravings are really starting to subside too.  So we are getting a KITTEN!!  I am so excited.  I have one at the rescue I am in love with and I'm hoping she is still available.  So, I must ask.. do you think she is more of a Mabel or a Hazel?
