I agree with Daisy!!!  Great job!!  One less protein bar would be even better!

Morning all!  I have half an hour before I have to leave, so this will be quick.  I have a hair appointment at 10 am and I'm going to do something fun with it this time. I'll post a picture on this thread later on when I'm done.

Yesterday went to complete **** and I ended up eating pizza for dinner.  Way too much pizza.  this morning my scale didn't reflect the unhealthy eating, it was back down to 163.8, which is a few ounces away from my lowest weight ever.  BUT after reading Melissa's post yesterday and then again this morning I'm feeling reenergized to get back on the horse again.

KQOTD:  I'm digging my "newer" tshirt that I'm wearing today.  This is only the second time I've worn it.  Here it is, does anyone recognize it?

nearly a year since surgery

B: Light and Fit greek yogurt , coffee with cream and sf coffeemate

L: boneless chicken with salsa and cheese

D: taco salad. My fam is having tacos, I will just make a taco salad with it and I've planned to eat one crunchy shell with it.

S: turkey deli meat and a light cheese stick

totals:

calories 785 protein 85 carbs 36 fat 32

I will be detoxing from the pizza carb overload last night.  I have a busy day so it will be easier to stay away from the junk if I'm not at home.  My hubby got forced out of town unexpectedly, and for some reason instead of cooking the chicken in the fridge that i had planned, I ordered pizza for me and the kids.  Bad move.  I can't let his schedule throw me off track, I will be stronger today.

Cute dress.

Last thing I purchased was a pair of LuLaRoe leggings.  OMG they are the softest things I have ever had on my legs.  I could wear them 24/7.  My step-sister is a huge fan of LuLaRoe clothes so when she had a party on-line a few weeks ago I joined.

B: 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices bacon, 10oz coffee with cream

L: three deli roll ups (boars head pepper garlic ham, ultra thin provolone cheese and pickles)

S: 2oz salt and pepper pork rinds

D: 3oz rib eye with 1/4cup fresh summer squash grilled in butter

Really working on getting back to the lifestyle.  Started tracking in MFP on Monday and my calories were way to high no wonder my weight loss stalled out.  Working on keeping them below 1000 more towards 800 to get the rest of the weight off.

Vitamins are done

30 minutes on treadmill done

50oz of water so far.

I love everything about LulaRoe and wish I had more money, because I would become a consultant for them in a heartbeat!!
