Good morning.  Court for me again, so another late post.  I'm on pureed and soft foods which under my plan, includes fish.  I bought 2 pieces of salmon and a piece of cod the other night.  I made the salmon first and it went down great (even the leftovers the second night).  Made cod last night and it didn't go as well.  I think it was a thinner piece of fish and the edges got too well done maybe?  Also, I think I'm just better at cooking salmon than cod . . . who knows.  Tonight's dinner is totally up in the air.  While I bought 2 pieces of salmon and distinctly remember wrapping the second piece in press and seal and putting it in a ziploc bag, I can't for the life of me find it.  If I don't go to the market later tonight, I'll have to have refried beans and cheese, ricotta bake or egg salad.  While all good choices, it doesn't make me happy since the carb count on all of these is higher and the protein count is lower.  I have noticed that since I was cleared to eat fish I'm back to old behaviors and trying to restrict carbs and calories as much as possible, or maybe just get the most bang for my buck.  It concerns me though since the lack of fish for dinner is causing me anxiety.  This, for me isn't necessarily a good thing.  Just something I'll continue to work on.

KQOTD - When I was off I spent a bunch of time "walking" in the mall.  I bought a few tops from Banana Republic . . . they were having an extra 50% off clearance so I got 2 for 30 + tax.  Also, Anthropologie was having an extra 30% off sale so I bought a top there.  I typically won't buy there when its not on sale because there stuff is pricey, but I love it because they have such different merchandise.

Here's my plan (unless I get more fish or decide on tuna x2)

B: Protein shake

L: Tuna with a bit of mayo for moisture,

D: refried beans, cheese a tsp of enchilada sauce and a tbs of greek yogurt

S: Laughing cow cheese wedge, light and fit

Totals Cal.: 658; Protein: 85g; fat:12g; carbs: 57g (ugh)

I have been looking for a black moto jacket. Well I found one from Lucky Brand and I love it.
