Good morning!
Have to make a proud Dad post. I brought my 15 year old to the Local County fair last night. he said to me on the way in " Dad , I am going to shake the hand and Thank every Police Officer I see tonight" , he shook the hand and Thanked at least a dozen officers, many had a look of surprise on their face when he did so, though they were Thankful and appreciative. Was a very proud dad, this young fellow also goes out of his way to Thank any veteran that he meets on the street, mall, etc....he gets it.

How could you NOT be proud of your son! Awww that brought a huge smile to my face (and you know I needed it today)!!! So inspiring to see a young man of 15 want to take the time to thank our service people and that he clearly cares. IMPRESSIVE!!! Keep doing what you are doing Dad, its working!!
Ohhhhh I love UA anything. Almost all my work out gear is UA too!! Love that stuff and that's a steal for $14!!!
Good looking menu, keep up the great work!!

Good morning! Love the dress, AV - maybe wear it on Date Night?
QOTD: my favorite is an embroidered Chinese 'silk' summer robe in a deep blue that I ordered online from AliExpress. Only $17 and I feel glamorous in it - much more so than in my winter robe, which is a thick navy fleece in size 3X. It is ugly but toasty warm, and will be replaced when I find one I like in my current size at 70% (or more) off the original price. :)
B: ham
L: salmon and avocado
D: probably more ham
S: fruit, chicken nibblers
Hilary - I love getting deals on things too, especially when the tags are still attached!

Morning morning! Running off to work meetings so not much time. Last night I ended up making hot dogs for the family that were "marinaded" in BBQ sauce. I ate one. WITH THE BUN! Uhhhggg. Did not go well. Ended up miserable, stomach cramping, shaky and crashed into bed super early. Just say no to buns and BBQ apparently. Scale still at 146.0 so I didn't over do...just made myself sick.
QOTD: I haven't bought anything in a bit. I did go to a clothing swap at the women's summit I organized and I have worn a new piece of clothing everyday this week so far from that. Free is the best price!
Menu:
I got no good plan. I found the last yogurt in the back of the fridge, grabbed a few cheese sticks, and a left over hamburger patty. Dinner will be a post grocery store choice. Wish me luck!

Right? I think it was the sugar. A friend had visited and cooked at our house on Sunday to help out with my son post-surgery stuff. She left this ziplock bag with the hot dogs and the BBQ sauce. I was in a rush and just threw them on the grill and called it dinner. Lesson learned! Know your sauce! LOL I feel better today so I am glad for that.
Have a great day!
