Pizza toppings?
Did it, and do it, all the time. Pizza sauce can be a bit high in sugar but as someone with reactive hypoglycemia, I have found that sausage, pepperoni, etc seem to counteract that pretty well.
Just don't fall into the low-fat cheese trap. Most "low-fat" foods have lots of added sugar and fillers to make up for the lack of fat.

We love the chicken crust in bariatriceating. Com. I also just pinned a crustless crockpot puzza recipe I am going to try
I am very far out but I enjoy very thin crust pizza, I avoid the fat filled toppings and opt for chicken and grilled vegetables and avocado. I typically skip the sauce or order it with bbq sauce drizzled on top instead. I love flat bread pizza loaded with healthy options, I would never eat pepperoni or sausage or fattening cheese, all just full of calories and greasy. My stomach still cannot process anything greasy or fried without distress.
I will do it in a pinch. Sunday my kid had 2 basketball games and we were there 3 hours. I didn't eat much at lunch but bought my children two pizzas. We live 40 minutes from where the games were do I just ate the toppings off a leftover slice before we drove home. Beats feeling hungry and tired!
