Good morning!! Sooooo excited for you, Cynthia! I love that your new beginnings keep falling in your birthday. How perfect!
So the school I'm in this morning has no AC and its 94 and super humid today. I rarely get hot, but I actually feel nauseous from the thick air in here. Blergh.
QOTD: Gosh, I must have a million, but I'm blanking on any right now.

I am, I love the timer trick! It's really amazing how quickly it helped to level my hunger back down. I guess I was just not disciplined enough to bring 12 hours of food with me for the day and not eat it all at once. Holding myself to the clock really helps.

Maybe I'll try timing myself out the rest of the day, I seem to go too long and then eat too much in short intervals. My coffee with 6oz fairlife milk was 8am, and my business breakfast is 11am...so then 2PM, 5PM, 8PM.... it might actually work.

Good morning everyone & happy Monday! I'm so excited for you Cynthia! It must be really exciting to get this finished up!
JB--quick question: I mixed vanilla protein powder in my vanilla triple zero yogurt this morning and it was cloyingly sweet. I just couldn't eat it (had to throw it out and start over). Is the unjury less sweet than the bariatric advantage powder? I had it on hand, so used it, but am willing to try whatever.

Maybe try mixing with plain yogurt? It is always easier to make things sweeter if it is not sweet enough... Also how much did you add in? Maybe add less...
