Well I guess I'll go rogue today lol I don't really have any suggestions on the sleep thing, since I work a rotating shift, sleep is always a challenge, but I did buy these little melatonin patches from patch md, so they did help a little.
QOTD I work at a utility company as a substation operator., & hells yes I leave work at work, & home is my time, yay! My job varies as far as intensity, sometimes its calm & quiet & other times its crazy busy. It's summer, so all hands on deck for just in case something happens kind of thing.
My meals are usually something planned, but at the end of the day sometimes, most times, it changes, so anything I put out there is a best case scenario type thing. Since I like variety I'll put everything I know I'd like on mfp & deduct/add during the day.
So far it looks like:
Breakfast- Cottage cheese, Chike coffee protein shake, aidells bacon & pineapple sausage
Lunch Alaskan pollock burger (aka fish patty), broccoli rabe
Dinner pulled pork, beef salami slices, polly-o string cheese
Snacks powdered peanut butter with water, baby bell, Kirkland steak strips, yogurt bar

Good morning everyone! I am having a lazy Sunday morning, and am watching a movie in bed before I get up and start the day. So sorry that your week has been so tough. That is never fun. Naps are good, except when they are in the middle of Ghostbusters so I don't get my review! ? Hopefully, this week will be much better, and with a visit from Daisy and her hubby to look forward to, how could it not be?
OOTD: I am the VP of Compliance for Kaiser, an integrated health system and insurer. I really do love it. I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie, and there is never a dull moment at work, and every day is different. I also sit on two Boards of Directors and my high school alumnae council. I am never off work. I take it home with me, and it is expected that people can reach me 24/7. It is not unusual for me to work from home in the evening after a full day at work. I still manage to do a lot of fun things, so it is far from all work and no play. Plus, I have an incredible staff that can step in for me at any time. That helps a lot.
I will be spending time with my Dad today. Cynthia, you reminded me that I need a mani. I should be able to get that in this afternoon.

Scale Victory! I weighed 138 this morning. This is the weight I really wanted to get to, but never thought possible. 138 was the lowest I ever was in my adult life for about 5 minutes in college. I am so happy right now!
