"May your choices reflect your hopes and not your fears."
Laura right. Maintenance is a whole different game. Boredom sets in,eating gets easier, and you start missing old favorite foods. Plus you don't have the motivation of the numbers on the scale dropping when you make those good choices. I'm 4 years out and weigh every morning and post the actual weight on here to be accountable. I also still measure portions, don't drink with meals, track calories and protein by Journaling and walk every day. So far my weight has stayed stable in my happy range of 118 to 123. Hope I can say the same thing in another 5 years. My surgery gave me a better life than I had before and my before picture lives on my frig to remind me every day of how miserable and lonely that old me was. I have no intention of going there again!
Congratulations! You look amazing!!!!
