My go to quick is beef jerky. Deli meat in a variety of ways - sometimes I take hummus and spread it on and make a roll up. Sometimes I take a thin layer of cream cheese and a pickle and make a roll up. YUM.
They have frozen tuna at my grocery store that I've been loving lately. Basically precooked and pre-made with all the seasonings and everything. I just get it out of the freezer and pop it in the oven for 15-30 minutes. They're mostly in packages for 2 and in those packages each are in individual packets so they're perfect for me. The serving size is just a tiny bit too large for me to eat for a meal and they're anywhere from 20-25 grams of protein.

Beef jerky or Turkey Jerky or my husband's homemade venison jerky
Nuts - I have a 1/4 cup of these daily for the fiber and fats)
Cheese sticks - sometimes I make my own by buying a block of cheese and cutting it into sticks
Cottage cheese in 6 oz containers)
hard boiled eggs (I boil a dozen and keep them in a bowl in the frig for quick grab and go). In fact, we are eating so many eggs I'm seriously thinking of getting some backyard chickens next Spring.
quest bars ****ep one in my purse and if I get caught out during a meal time, I can eat it and not worry about struggling with restaurant decisions)
