My quick go-to food is refried beans topped wirh shredded cheese.
I also freeze 2 oz portions of food I cook. I can then just take a serving out of the freezer and pop it into the microwave. My favorite recipe to do this with is Spaghetti Squash Casserole. I'll eat it anytime...breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I prep all my snacks on the weekends, that way I can grab and go throughout the week. I go so far as to strain the cottage cheese and put it in 1/2 cup containers. I buy two protein bars a week, and sometimes have a full one, for a meal or a half for a snac****ep protein shakes in the frig, but can't remember the last time I grabbed one - but I know that in a pinch, they are there for me
