Hey your post reminded me that my sister had a cyst on her ovary years ago and it got so bad, and this was before it was diagnosed and removed that she said the pain would actually go down her leg and she had pins & needles.  If the cyst is anywhere near a nerve then that is what could be causing all this hip pain!  So glad you are getting some answers!  You are super hard on your body Nikki, the training you do is off the charts, so I am sure a 7cm cyst (and OMG huge) is impacting your system for sure.  Good luck on getting that looked after.

Sorry to hear about the hangover, that sucks!  But 4 shot skinny mocha is epic!  Love it!!  Hope it took your hangover away!

What name brand is your Peach Green Tea lemonade? I LOVE anything Peach!!!

Feel better my friend, have a great weekend!

Peach Green Tea Lemonade is from Starbucks.  It is not calorie free (a venti has 190) but it is my splurge now and then (more often than I should admit lately).

Morning!  I skipped yesterday, though I opened my browser and read the posts, every time I tried to post something, I'd get distracted by a toddler.  That toddler is currently licking peanut butter and jelly off of his toast.  Proof!

So, I've still have not got myself on track, as you will see by my menu today.  BUT, I am really, really getting pissed and upset with myself.  So, I'm not messing around anymore.  One of the major problems is that I'm out of some of my staple foods, so I'm eating stuff that I would normally never touch.  I've just decided right now that I'm starting a full meat week as of right now.  I'm going to go full critter, really, because I love yogurt, etc.  I won't even eat the other Enlightened ice cream bars, I'm going to freeze some Light and Fit into cubes so I can use my Dessert Bullet to make frozen yogurt if I really need a treat.  It's the same calories as the Enlightened bars, but 1/2 the carbs and twice the protein.

So, I'm going shopping in the morning and stocking up on meat and high protein yumminess.  Tomorrow I'm going to a local Comicon organized by one of my old coworkers (he's also a councilman for the city where the Con is located).  It's a small Con in the middle school gym, but I'm being supportive and going.  He's a great guy and works very hard for his community, so we're going out to support him.  Then after that my cousin and her family are coming to hang out at my house and we're going to BBQ.  Sunday is free and clear, which likely means yard work and stuff like that.

Found out this morning when I checked my bank account that my job paid out all of my unused vacation time, which is a nice little bonus.  I hadn't asked, so was surprised to see two weeks extra pay in my account.  That will help transition us a little better into my lack of income.  I'm considering going to school in the fall, and just need to sit down and talk to my hubby about it.  I'll post more when I figure out what I'm going to do.

11.5 months since surgery

B: 1 slice of 35 calorie toast with PB and a tiny bit of grape jelly

L: scrambled eggs with gouda cheese and 2 slices of bacon

D: 6oz of shrimp on the grill with a light dusting of Old Bay

S: 2x light and fit. 1 frozen and 1 not frozen

totals:

calories 855 protein 94 carbs 57 fat 32

carbs are a little high today, but compared to the last few days that's nothing!
