I need to do me some zoodles... how did the carbonara turn out? That was you right? I went for my bloodwork this week, my appt for 2-year is on Tuesday. I will happily start off Monday. :)

QOTD: In college a reporter was interviewing students about something on campus...He used my quote but totally misrepresented it. I was mad. When my son graduated high school there was a NY Times reporter there doing an article on Homeschooling. So when the article published there was a very large photo of my son and the other graduates (a total of about 8) in their cap and gowns... So cool, still have it.

My doc published my arm pics on FB and instagram...here it is... hope you don't mind nekkid pictures...

I keep telling him, my pics are better but whatever. I am exhausted today after my 2 day turn around to DC. I think it is the heat...it was 101 when I left DC and this heat makes it hard on my asthma and breathing. Woke up with a headache from poor air quality. Also was definitely snack attacking on the ride home... why on days I think I 'ate sooo much'???? Is the scale good the next morning. Makes no sense.

Staying in Maintenance range at 172

B: This morning required a giant latte...LOL, not more milk, more coffee...24oz baby

B2: egg, cheese, bacon

S: protein drink TBD

L: Chicken and mashed cauli

S: Protein Bar

D: Shrimp and zoodles

S: Greek yogurt

Ex: 21 day fix... had a few days off now back to the workouts!

Wow, just wow! Amazing photos. I have a headache as well, mine is from sleeping with A/C on, but too uncomfortable without it.

WOW Cyndy, WOW!! What a transformation! Your doc is a hashtag guy, I love it!!!! His opening sentence is fantastic!!

Get some rest, and make sure you are drinking your liquids. I always find that I don't drink as much on road trips cuz I don't want to have to stop every few miles to go pee!! You have a great looking menu today.
