What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Will NEVER get sick of looking at your pics - you're beautiful - keep 'em coming!
And your G-Beans look amazing. I could eat a whole bowl of those right now. Dumb question because I don't cook much, but how do you buy the beans - are they canned, dried... fresh (where do you buy fresh G-Beans?)
Thanks for sharing!
Hi Corrie! Thanks so much for your kind words. I find the easiest thing is to use canned garbanzo beans. I drain and rinse the beans, and then dry them on a paper towel before I saute them. You can find dried garbanzo beans, but then you have to soak them and cook them, and that seems like such a hassle when the canned ones work just as well. I don't know that I've ever seen fresh garbanzo beans, at least not in this country.
BTW, has your drop foot resolved itself?

Good afternoon I am late to the party today, I took the day off and have been to the gym and grocery shopping , getting ready to go to camp!
I have been in both , I used to do the play by play for high school hockey games on the local access channel and I was recently in the paper , 30 years ago this week , was cool that my kids were able to read about me scoring a goal in a shoutout during my high school hockey days.
