Hi friends,
Not a glorious day for me here. I have a 16 yo daughter who is a challenge. Last night was awful and I'm so sad this morning. I'm mainly getting on here today to say that I didn't eat over it.
MFP is being weird. So I don't have totals but here's my food:
B protein coffee, coffee with cream
L turkey cheese rollups
D roasted pork loin, broccoli
S pure protein bar, roasted pork, laughing cow cheese wedge

I'm so sorry you're having issues with your daughter. I was a 16 year old girl once, and I was not very nice at all. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Looking back now, I realize how horrible I was to everyone around me. Maybe that's why I always say that I never wanted to have girls.
Hang in there!

Sorry Amy to hear about your teenage girl and I am sure her extreme moodiness. I was also not nice to my Mom from age 14-18 and if I could take it all back now I would. But if its any consolation when I turned 18 and a switch went off in me that said "Hey my parents are nice people and I think I want to hang with them!" Being a teenager is hard (hormones!) being a parent is hard (those are your babies!), just know this that whatever was said I can guarantee it was said in anger and my her true feelings. Again been there, did that to my Mom.
Feel better, take a deep breath and give her some space have another cup of coffee.
Sending you BIG HUGS!
