What's on Your (photo) Friday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning and welcome to Photo Friday! Post 'em if ya got 'em! And a friendly AV reminder: July 29 Photo Friday Theme Day approacheth! Get yourselves ready, because in two weeks I wanna see you represent your sports team(s) and show us your best super fan pic: hat, shirt, face paint, etc. LOL
You guys. I feel like a broken record, but I am sooooo tired. My husband kept me up until like 4 am. Which, you know, good and bad, but I'm effing exhausted. LOL I'm going to get some melatonin as suggested by Anny and maybe look into a sleep study. I am just not sleeping, no matter the cir****tances, and it's messing with my mental health. I don't want to be a cranky ***** every day. LOL
QOTD! Have you ever been on TV and/or in the newspaper? When I was in high school I participated in a panel type quiz show, which was equal parts hilarious and horrifying because it was broadcast on local cable. I can't even remember how we fared, but I'm sure it was not good. LOL I don't think I've ever been in the newspaper, though.
Time since surgery: 2 days shy of my 2 year surgi-versary! I'm actually blowing this pop stand early so I can get my blood work done for my Monday morning appointment. Speaking of which, can someone kick off the post on 7/18? Thanksmuch!
B: coffee, Friendship Fit to Go 4% cottage cheese and pork rinds
S: HB egg and a cheese stick
L: I have a lemon pepper tuna pouch penciled in here, but I'm not sure just because of the timing of when I'm leaving. But I'm flex-y, so whatevs.
D: grilled chicken with zoodles and some gnocchi. I LOVE gnocchi and it happens to fit my macros today, so step off. LOL
S: wattahmelon! I bought the most delicious melon at Walmart yesterday and I'm going back for more because my son loves it just as much as I do. I may eat my weight in watermelon before the weekend is over. Hooray!

Sorry about the sleep. That stinks :(
I'm still so busy. Just need to make it to Thursday...ahh!
Can't eat my 6 meals on a timer today--I'm giving a training for most of the day and I don't think it will be great to whip out food in front of a whole audience while I'm on stage, so I'm going with three somewhat unknown meals today:
B: egg and cheese & decaf with skim
L: catered lunch...? Hoping for deli meat.
D: Any idea about what's on the menu, Mr. Hag?
Have a great day!

Morning AV! If you practiced clean living and had a clear conscience, you'd sleep better.

I've been in the little local paper with the choir from the cantata and with a picture from the newly opened food pantry. However I must say this is a tiny town so cutting your grass with a new mower might be newsworthy here! Never been on TV at all. Going to be hot and muggy here today but Lily and I have our 3.2 miles in already. I'll also do another 1.25 after supper when it cools down. Post op 46.5 months and weight at 117.8 today. Plans for the weekend are a cowboy shoot Saturday and church stuff Sunday. Here's the food plan for the day B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz lemon pepper grilled trout 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz hamburger patty 1/2 c green beans S mission 1 chocolate chip cookie protein bar. Today's pics are me in my pj's by the campfire Monday night. Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices!
Love these pics Karen, so relaxing...
