3 days post op BLOATED

3 days post op sipping water and having Popsicles I'm feel so bloated where I'm nervous is this normal and I feel so full should I stop sipping water?

If you stop sipping water you will end up dehydrated and back in the hospital.

you just had major surgery so you will be bloated.

Just keep on your plan.

you need to aim to get minimum of 64 ounces of liquids a day. Keep something with you at all times. It will help with bloating and gas

I am almost 3 weeks out and experienced the same thing for 3 days. But by the 4th day I was able to get even more than my required 64oz and have ever since. It was almost like magic. Hang in there!

Totally normal! U just had surgery and air was pumped into your body..so u will be feeling that way for a couple more days...just keep walking and "farting"..u will be fine!
