You are lucky you live in low humidity, not here, its just gross here! I am jealous!!

MA you will love my hubby and his warped sense of humor. He is very quick witted and for sure snarky.  He is one of those people that is soooo good with come backs, usually has been left with my mouth hanging open searching for a comment back but by the time I think of one he has already slammed me again which usually erupts us into even more laughter, yup you will get an ab workout being around this guy.  Its great to laugh and I am glad you have such a good circle of friends to laugh with!

OMG forgetting one's Fitbit I am pretty sure should count as acceptable for calling in sick or going home early to get it.  I HATE as well when I forget my fitbit and like all the others agree that that day should get a do over or be erased as it does not count LOL

Mental note, don't forget fitbit tomorrow!

Yes fresh fruit... right now we have some fresh cherries in the fridge, I so want to eat them but they will have to wait for tomorrow!

You are so sweet Daisy.  Thank you for the kind words.  I am really looking forward to meeting your husband. He sounds like an absolute hoot!

i bought the tuna at Trader Joe's in their fresh food section, and it was really good. It would be super easy to make, though, by swapping out 1/2 of the mayo in tuna salad for sriracha.  I'm going to experiment and see if I can replicate it.  Yummy!

i found this new fruit called cherry plums. They are really small plums, and supposed to be crossed with a cherry.  They are incredibly sweet and delicious.  About 25 calories each.  Delicious!

Lettuce wraps... shrimp ( cooked)  delicately sliced cukes carrots  miso sauce ..

thai fat ffree homemade  tom ka gai... chicken soup w peas fresh red peppers scallions in " ccoconut milk " ( fat free skim milk with coconut fflavoring )  and chicken stock

red wine with lime and diet soda
