Good morning. I have my formal follow up today, so I'll definitely be discussing my hunger issues with my surgeon. Other than that issue, everything seems to be going great. I'm down another 1.1 lbs so that's a plus. So great that I guess I'll have to be heading back to work. CQOTD: outside games we liked tag on bikes. There were a bunch of kids in our neighborhood and we would all ride and try to get each other out. Indoor games our favorite was Rummy Q or scrabble.
Food: my menu will stay the same until Friday or Saturday when I can advance to "soft" foods. I get to add eggs, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, refried beans, etc. I'm craving cheddar cheese so cannot wait since its on the okay to add list.
B: protein shake
L: soup
D: soup
S: protein shake, light and fit, latte (this is definitely on my list as my dr appt is at 11:30 and I have a post op nutrition class at 12. The latte will be needed
Cal. 733, protein 81g, fat 13g, carbs 73g (still hate the carb number but i know it will go down when I get to regular food.)
Yes! The Eggface Ricotta Bake was my favorite....I might make it this weekend now that I'm thinking about it...

Good morning all. Favourite childhood game was anything outside. I was never home. I ran around barefoot most of the time. Loved playing in the rain, swimming at the local pool, we would bring out a boom box and brake dance. Winter didn't stop us either. We would toboggan down this huge hill & ice skate, etc. I don't think kids feel the cold like adults do. Great childhood!
Todays menu: protein coffee, ham & cheese, half a cheese sausage, cantaloupe, Alaskan king crab, green beans, moon cheese.
