Hide and Go Seek! Ready or not, here I come!...

It is a hot, soupy mess out here in SE PA this morning and I want to die. I don't even want to think what I'd be feeling (and looking like) 100+ pounds ago! My hair is crazytown, for sure. There's no taming it.

I want more coffee in my face.

Time since surgery: 2+ years

B: coffee with cream, DD Wake Up Wrap

S: yogurt

L: TJ's turkey meatballs and string cheese

S: Kind bar

D: omelet

Book Club???

Summer heat has indeed been sooooooo much more tolerable this year. This time last year I would have been miserable with the heat. Now I get into my car, it is 101 degrees and the A/C takes forever to kick in, and I am like, "Oh nice...I don't feel cold. Weird." LOL

I feel the same- I sit outside in a folding chair and soak it up- my DH is sweating %$ and i'm sitting there like- this is nice!

Good morning!

I was fortunate enough to live in a great small town on a Beautiful lake in upstate NY. We used to have huge games of hide and seek, the boundary would be an entire block and no one cared that kids were running through their yards at night. Miss those days.

Time since surgery - 20 months

B - Protein Bar and hard boiled egg

MS - Danonn light and fit Greek yogurt and Peanuts

Lunch - Homemade salad with ham and hard Boiled egg

AS - Cheese stick

Pre Gym Snack - Pure protein Bar

Dinner - Applebees Baked cod meal, will eat half and I substitute a garden salad for the mashed potatoes.

Exercise - 90 minutes at gym, 30 minutes cardio, 60 minutes weight training, today is chest, arms.

 

Calories - 1227 - Carbs - 100 -protein - 102 - fat - 54

A little town as far North and as far East as you can go in NY, Rouses Point. 30 Minutes North of Plattsburgh.

I was born in Chazy!  I lived there until I was 5 when we moved downstate to Orange County.  I went to college in Fredonia, grad school in Buffalo and now I'm in Syracuse.  I guess I love NY.  LOL
