Thank you! I will keep you all posted.  The surgeon says the younger they are the better they recover and since my son is 15 1/2 he expects him to be up and feeling great in a week.

I'm alive!  LOL  Big thanks to Cyndy for kicking it off in my "absence".   We had an area-wide internet outage so everything was down.  We seriously had no idea what to do with ourselves here in the office.  We all just kept compulsively checking to see if we could log into a website.  Any website.  We're sad.  LOL  So, here's my post that I actually c/p'd from earlier when I realized I wouldn't be able to get it on here:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Good Wednesday Morning all!  It's gonna be a hot one today here in the 'Cuse.  Hot being relative, of course, because this ain't the desert, but it's already 80 degrees at not even 8am.  I'm wearing my new Goodwill shorts, and nobody better give me any **** about it.  They're actually like Bermuda length, so I think I'm OK.  Also?  I thought they were navy, but they're black.  I think.  LMAO  I have such a hard time with that.

So, guess what my husband came home with yesterday for me?  A new Kindle and an Amazon Fire Stick for the bedroom TV.  Dude, I told you I bought that **** online during Prime Deal Day.  He's a dear, but he's nutty.  LOL  So, I canceled my Amazon order because he was so proud of himself and I didn't want to make him feel bad.  But either way, new tech!  Yay me!  LOL

I can't seem to get my **** together with my menu lately.  I even went to the grocery store last night and it's still a mess.  And I have no idea what's for dinner, so yeah...

Time since surgery:  23+ months.  Sunday is actually my 2 year surgi-versary!  I can't believe it's been that long.

B:  coffee, Light & Fit Greek Crunch caramel fudge pretzel.  This had better be good.  LOL

S:  salami/cheddar rollups

L:  Lemon pepper tuna pouch on a slice of honey 7 grain toast

D:  the great unknown.  HA!  I have a gift card to Texas Longhorn that's burning a hole in my wallet, though.  Maybe I'll make Matt take me out for steak.

TOTALS:  I'm not even going to bother.  LOL

** CQOTD!  The neighborhood where I grew up was filled with kids, so there was always someone around to play with.  When we weren't riding bikes or hoofing it to the pool, I was a big fan of freeze tag.  And when the sun went down, there was always flashlight tag.  LOL

Oh PrimeDay, I was so practical and only bought some glass food storage containers!! lol  That was pretty thoughtful of your Hubby.  But I don't think I could have held back the snarky comment about him spending MORE MONEY...since he and Son skipped out on the camping trip you already paid for!! LOL

It actually worked out to be about the same because I had to sign up for one month of Prime to get the cheap-o price anyway, so I couldn't be too worked up about it.  And I got a new Kindle!  LOL
